We are BlueprintDev, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our data team is growing and we need a Lead Analytics Engineer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with analysts and engineers to define data models
- Document data assets and maintain data catalog accuracy
- Monitor data quality and build alerting systems for anomalies
- Develop ML models and deploy them to production environments
- Partner with engineering to integrate data products into the platform
What We're Looking For:
- 7+ years of progressive experience in your field
- Track record of defining and executing on strategic initiatives
- Deep expertise in your domain with a broad technical perspective
- Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience leading and growing high-performing teams
