We are VectorSpace, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our engineering team is growing and we need a Mid-Level Infrastructure Engineer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Improve system reliability, performance, and observability
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
- Contribute to engineering roadmap planning and sprint execution
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical requirements
- Lead code reviews and mentor engineers across the team
