We are Meridian Labs, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our design team is growing and we need a Senior Creative Director to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Stay current with UX trends and accessibility best practices
- Maintain and evolve the company design system and component library
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing sessions
- Define and track design quality metrics and success criteria
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive design specifications
- Translate complex user problems into elegant, simple solutions
- Present design work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
What We're Looking For:
- Strong system design and architectural thinking
- Experience mentoring junior and mid-level team members
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact projects
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
