We are DataForge, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our data team is growing and we need a Senior Data Analyst to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Document data assets and maintain data catalog accuracy
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL workflows
- Create dashboards and reports for business stakeholders
- Develop ML models and deploy them to production environments
- Monitor data quality and build alerting systems for anomalies
- Design and optimize data warehouse schemas for performance
What We're Looking For:
- Experience mentoring junior and mid-level team members
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
