We are PixelWorks, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our design team is growing and we need a Senior Design Lead to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive design specifications
- Present design work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing sessions
- Define and track design quality metrics and success criteria
- Translate complex user problems into elegant, simple solutions
What We're Looking For:
- Ability to drive technical decisions with long-term impact
- Strong system design and architectural thinking
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
