We are BlueprintDev, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our marketing team is growing and we need a Staff Digital Marketing Manager to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Manage SEO strategy including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Manage paid advertising budgets across Google Ads and social platforms
- Track and report on KPIs including CAC, conversion rates, and LTV
- Build and maintain email marketing workflows and automation
- Collaborate with design and product teams on go-to-market strategy
- Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
- Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns for ROI

- Ability to work on ambiguous problems with limited direction
- Exceptional mentorship and organizational leadership skills
- History of influencing technical or product strategy at scale
- Recognized expertise that spans multiple teams or domains
